• No AI Training: We do not use your data, content, or interactions to train, improve, or develop our AI models
• No Data Mining: We do not analyze your data for patterns or insights beyond your specific project
• No Resale: We never sell, license, or share your data with third parties
• Data Isolation: Your data is isolated and never commingled with other clients' data
• Prompt Deletion: We delete your data within 30 days of project completion unless legally required to retain it

4. Use of Services

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our services, you grant us only a limited license to process your data solely for providing the requested services. This license terminates immediately upon service completion.

Our Technology

Our AI systems, methodologies, and service delivery frameworks remain our exclusive property. However, any AI agents or workflows created specifically for you belong to you.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and confidentiality agreements with our team members. We will not disclose your information except as required by law.

7. Service Level and Warranties

We provide our services with professional skill and care. While we strive for excellence, AI systems are probabilistic in nature. We warrant that our services will be performed in accordance with industry standards but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Consumer protection rights under applicable law are not affected by these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU consumers retain their statutory rights.

9. Termination and Data Deletion

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, we will promptly delete all your data from our systems (within 30 days) and provide confirmation of deletion upon request. You may request immediate data deletion at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. For EU consumers, you have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. For US consumers, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by state law. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court.
